Nice and clean foods
Great peking duck, if you have hoisin sauce, green onions and flour tortillas at home you can save ten bucks by getting just the duck cut up without all the stuff they sell along with it. A couple came in while I was there and knew what they were doing and got just the duck. I thought about why I got charged more and realized it wasn't anything necessarily fishy just that I wasn't hip to the hustle. If you eat duck frequently store bought hoisin or plum sauce and "chinese pancakes" will run you pennies on the dollar as opposed to the extra 10 bucks they charge you here. Great service, friendly staff, really good food, there was some construction when we went so you have to enter on the shallowford rd side.
I always have great food and service at Ming. Today was no exception
A little tight but once in the dock about 30-35 minutes unloaded.
